Will AI replace jobs?

by

Maybe some. But here’s the truth most people don’t talk about…

When the internet first came out, people said accountants would disappear.
Fast forward 20+ years—accountants are MORE in demand than ever.

Why?
Because technology can replace tasks… but never purpose.
And it definitely cannot replace trust, compassion, and human connection.

Recently, one of my VIP clients passed away.
I visited the grieving spouse a few times to help file the claim—
gathering documents, checking requirements, making sure everything was in order.
That moment reminded me of something AI will never understand:
This is exactly why people get life insurance.
For the promise that, when the hardest day comes, someone will show up.

Over the years, this client stopped being “just a client.”
We built trust.
We shared conversations—about business, about life, about everything in between.
That’s why this loss hit differently.
I didn’t just lose a client… I lost a friend.

And no algorithm can replicate that kind of relationship.

AI might automate routine work.
But it cannot attend a wake.
It cannot comfort a spouse.
It cannot show empathy, sincerity, or presence.
It cannot carry a client’s story the way we do.

In my field—insurance, healthcare, finance, real estate—clients don’t choose me because I can compute numbers. AI can do that.
They choose me because I listen. I care. I guide. I show up—especially when it matters most.

That’s why I treat AI not as a competitor, but as my executive assistant.
My all-around support system that helps me serve better, faster, and smarter.

Technology evolves.
But trust is irreplaceable.
Relationships are irreplaceable.
Humans are irreplaceable.

If your work is rooted in service, empathy, and genuine care…
You’re not replaceable.
You’re future-proof.
